- Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing stations and medical equipment.
- Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
