Deloitte is seeking a SuccessFactors specialist to support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll within the SuccessFactors team. This role supports day-to-day operations, issue resolution, system enhancements, and payroll compliance activities across HR and payroll processes. The role also works with cross-functional stakeholders to improve system stability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Work you'll do
As a SuccessFactors specialist on the SuccessFactors team, you will be responsible for:

Manage access requests, incidents, and change requests for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across core HR processes, payroll schema, payroll rules, and payroll processing activities.

Configure and maintain foundation objects, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, event reasons, employee lifecycle processes, and Payroll Control Center components.

Support integrations, interfaces, Point-to-Point replication, support package application, and country legal changes to maintain system stability and payroll compliance.

Coordinate impact assessments, root cause analysis, testing, release activities, year-end processing, tax reporting, reconciliation, and audit support.

Develop standard operating procedures, support documentation, and knowledge articles while partnering with HR, Payroll, Security, Integration, and technical teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
The team
The SuccessFactors team supports SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll to help deliver stable, compliant, and efficient HR and payroll operations. The team works closely with HR, Payroll, Integration, Security, and technical stakeholders to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and improve end-to-end employee processes. This team also supports ongoing transformation by strengthening controls, improving user experience, and maintaining operational reliability across HR systems.

Qualifications
Required:

7+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Experience configuring foundation objects, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and employee lifecycle processes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Experience supporting payroll schema, payroll rules, payroll operations, tax processes, statutory activities, and year-end payroll activities.

Experience managing access requests, incidents, and change requests in an HRIS or payroll support environment.

Experience supporting integrations, interfaces, data replication, and Point-to-Point replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Experience configuring Payroll Control Center, off-cycle payroll, garnishments, and payroll reporting processes.

Experience creating standard operating procedures, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
Preferred:

Experience with ABAP debugging.

Experience applying HR Support Packages, Human Resources Support Packages, and Country Legal Changes.

Experience with role-based permissions and position management in SAP SuccessFactors.

Experience coordinating testing, defect resolution, and release management for HR technology enhancements.

Experience supporting payroll transformation or process optimization initiatives.
