- Perform machine setting and operation of VMC machines.
- Load and unload components as per production requirements.
- Set tools, fixtures, and work offsets according to process sheets.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process plans.
- Monitor machining parameters and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct first-piece approval and in-process inspection.
- Measure components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Knowledge of VMC machine operation and setting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
