About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented ERP Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering ERP solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires strong project management capabilities, ERP expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation projects from project initiation through successful go-live and post-implementation support.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish implementation objectives.
- Manage internal project teams, external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure ERP modules are properly configured and aligned with business processes and operational requirements.
- Oversee system testing, validation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and implementation challenges.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and conduct end-user training programs to ensure successful system adoption.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain project quality standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Drive continuous process improvement and recommend best practices for ERP utilization.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline commitments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Proven experience managing full ERP implementation lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in vendor and consultant management.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Risk assessment and mitigation expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree (MBA, MS in IT, or related field) preferred.
- ERP certification or Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
