Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to take full ownership of our financial and operational reporting.
Your primary mission is to provide total visibility into our business performance. You will be responsible for tracking every dollar—from initial purchase to final sale—across our independent online stores and major marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. Beyond financial data, you will also monitor internal productivity by tracking and reporting on the daily output of our team members.
Key Responsibilities Financial & Sales Analysis
- P&L Management: Generate comprehensive Profit and Loss (P&L) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Multi-Platform Integration: Consolidate sales and purchase data from various sources (Shopify/WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub) into unified reports.
- Cost Tracking: Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS), shipping fees, marketplace commissions, and advertising spend to determine true net profit.
- Trend Forecasting: Identify sales trends and inventory turnover rates to help optimize purchasing decisions.
Operational Reporting
- Employee Productivity Tracking: Develop and maintain a system to record and report on the daily work completed by each employee across all departments.
- Performance Metrics: Create KPIs to measure team efficiency and identify operational bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically within E-commerce or Retail Finance.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, and complex logical formulas).
- Data Handling: Expert-level ability to clean, manipulate, and organize large datasets from multiple exporting formats (CSV, JSON, API feeds).
- Marketplace Knowledge: Familiarity with the reporting structures of Amazon and eBay.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. You must be able to explain "the story behind the numbers" to management clearly and concisely.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Experience in MS-Excel & Quickbook.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
