Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance: Repair broken doors, windows, locks, and drywall across the property.
- Custom Cabinetry: Design, build, and install bespoke furniture, shelves, and office workstations.
- Structural Installation: Install frameworks, subfloors, partitions, and ceiling tiles.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and building plans accurately.
- Equipment Care: Operate and maintain power saws, routers, and hand tools safely.
- Material Management: Estimate costs, order lumber, and track workshop inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to local building codes and occupational safety guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work as a carpenter, ideally in facility maintenance.
- Education: High school diploma; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship is preferred.
- Skills: Mastery of woodworking techniques, mathematics, and measurement tools.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Pay: ₹8,123.20 - ₹27,000.00 per month
