This highly mobile role focuses on lead generation, channel expansion, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships within an assigned geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Expansion: Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, retailers, and workshop owners to increase market penetration.
- Daily Market Coverage: Conduct routine visits to mechanics, fuel stations, transporters, and industrial plants to push product sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volumes and revenue collection targets.
- Promotional Activities: Implement loyalty programs, educate mechanics on reward schemes, and conduct in-store brand activations.
- Relationship Management: Build trust with key decision-makers (e.g., purchase managers, fleet mechanics) to ensure recurring business and handle queries.
- Market Intelligence: Gather data on competitor pricing, new product rollouts, and overall market trends, then report this to internal management.
- Order & Payment Tracking: Coordinate with internal logistics for timely dispatch and ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments
