The Project Engineer plays a key role within the project management team, supporting the coordination and execution of multidisciplinary engineering and design activities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer, you will play a central role in coordinating engineering execution, managing technical interfaces, and supporting successful project delivery. In this role, you will:
Project Coordination & Technical Interface
- Act as the single point of technical interface for assigned projects, providing guidance to engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate discipline engineering and design activities to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage project changes against agreed DBM, scope definitions, and discipline deliverable lists.
- Coordinate with vendors on technical matters and review vendor documentation and data.
Quality, Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all project documentation meets internal quality standards and has received appropriate review and sign‑off prior to issue.
- Support compliance with applicable regulatory codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Assist the project team in maintaining consistency and traceability across engineering deliverables.
Project Execution & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, design recommendations, and technical documentation as required by clients.
- Support schedule and risk management activities related to engineering execution.
- Contribute to efficient project delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
Business & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with project managers, discipline leads, and clients to enable repeat business and future opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication across multidisciplinary groups.
- Support Equinox’s growth through high‑quality execution and client satisfaction.

Highly dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable shifting between multiple rapid‑cycle projects.
- Experienced working on a variety of oil & gas projects in an EPC environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
- PMP certification preferred
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (preferred).
- 10 years of Project Engineering experience in an EPCM oil & gas engineering or related environment.
