Job Description:
PropertyLaal is a growing real estate and home services platform hiring Field Sales Executives to drive vendor onboarding across Delhi NCR.
Responsibilities:
- Drive daily field visits to builders, contractors & service providers
- Execute vendor onboarding onto PropertyLaal app
- Build relationships with electricians, plumbers & painters
- Convert prospects into registered platform members
- Report daily progress via WhatsApp
Requirements:
- Own a bike (fuel allowance provided)
- Communicate confidently in Hindi
- Execute 5+ field visits daily
- Meet monthly target of 20+ onboardings
- Freshers welcome
Compensation:
- ₹8,000 fixed salary
- ₹150 per onboarded
- ₹2,000 bonus on 30+ monthly onboardings
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
