Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Internal Audit & Compliance professional with strong Indian banking experience and PMO exposure. The role will have a balanced responsibility of 50% IT Internal Audit & Compliance and 50% Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
The candidate will be responsible for managing IT audits, regulatory compliance, risk and control assessments, while also supporting project governance, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
IT Internal Audit & Compliance – 50%
- Plan and coordinate IT internal audits across banking applications and infrastructure.
- Conduct IT risk and control assessments and identify compliance gaps.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and regulatory stakeholders.
- Track audit observations, remediation plans, and closure of findings.
- Prepare audit reports, compliance documentation, and management updates.
- Ensure adherence to RBI and applicable Indian banking regulatory requirements.
- Support IT policies, controls, governance, and compliance activities.
PMO / Project Management – 50%
- Coordinate project planning, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, MOMs, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct project governance meetings and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project progress and support timely delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
