Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to conduct property inspections and prepare technical reports for bank valuation assignments. The candidate will be responsible for site verification, measurement, documentation, and coordination with valuation teams to ensure accurate property assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections for residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties.
- Verify property dimensions, construction status, and physical condition.
- Collect site photographs, measurements, and supporting documents.
- Prepare inspection reports and valuation-related technical data.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and property owners.
- Review approved plans, building permits, and property records.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
- Submit reports within specified timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in site supervision, construction, or property valuation preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- valid driving license preferred.

- Experience in bank valuation or property assessment.
