The Telecaller – is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing software solutions, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role plays a critical part in the sales funnel by identifying prospects, understanding their business needs, and setting up product demos or conversions.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of software / SaaS products
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical customers
- Good listening and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection handling
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Proficiency in English (Mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or SaaS sales
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage
Language Requirement (Mandatory)
- English – Mandatory (Fluent communication required)
- Any one additional languages are compulsory, preferably from the following:
- Hindi
- Tamil
- Telugu
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
