The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has built hiring pipelines for high-impact roles and not just filled positions. This person will own end-to-end recruiting for leadership and mid-senior mandates across Tech, Product, Business, and Ops functions.
You will work closely with founders to shape how Finkraft attracts and hires talent as we scale. This is a hands-on role where you will source, screen, close, and build. You will be evaluated on both the quality of hires and the systems you put in place.
Job Description; What You Will Do?
1. Leadership Hiring: Own end-to-end hiring for leadership and senior mandates across Tech, Product, Business, Data, and Ops
2. Hiring Workflow: Design and implement structured JDs, screening rubrics, interview frameworks, and offer workflows to ensure structured hiring processes.
3. Hiring pipeline: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria.
5. Candidate Experience: Manage candidate experience across all touchpoints from first contact to onboarding.
6. Data Management: Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and funnel conversion metrics with a structured dashboard.
7. Strategy Management: Drive sourcing strategy for niche and hard-to-fill roles, including CXO and domain-expert profiles
8. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms as per brand guidelines.
