Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on increasing company revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
- Handle order processing and coordinate with internal teams
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors
- Follow up on payments and support collections
- Maintain sales records in CRM/Excel
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email; Tally is a plus)
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Good coordination and teamwork skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply)
