Job Title: Electrician – Industrial Civil Project

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our industrial civil project team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, conduits, cable trays, lighting systems, and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform cable pulling, cable termination, and panel wiring.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and project standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site personnel for timely execution of work.
- Inspect electrical installations and report defects or safety hazards.
- Maintain electrical tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain daily work records and report progress to the site supervisor.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician or a related trade.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial, construction, or civil project electrical work.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and use electrical testing instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industrial plant or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with HT/LT systems, cable laying, and panel installation.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
