Job Summary
Avance Lighting Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, self-driven, and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support HR and administrative operations. Freshers with good computer knowledge, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Support
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Assist in payroll-related data preparation.
- Prepare HR letters and employee communications.
- Maintain training and compliance records.
Administration Support
- Handle petty cash records and documentation.
- Coordinate housekeeping and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Maintain office stationery and consumable inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in office administration and facility management activities.
- Maintain company asset records.
- Support ISO documentation and audit-related activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and basic computer operations.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to take initiative and handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HR and Administration processes will be an advantage.
- Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing near Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane, or nearby locations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
