- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting & competitor analysis
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports
- Implement tracking tools (Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager)
- Scale profitable campaigns and pause underperforming ones
- Coordinate with design & content teams for creatives
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms

Experience
- 2–5 years experience in performance marketing
