Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with around 2 years of experience
to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The candidate
should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage GST-related tasks including return filing and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Handle TDS calculations and filings.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Additional certification in accounting or taxation is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with GST returns and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of payroll processing (optional but preferred).
- Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance.
