To check and verify the claims of salaries, payment, leave, security etc. and to do the needful for proper and prompt payment.
To prepare and maintain the service books, records, files copies, letters, seals and rubber stamp etc.
To put up the matters promptly and regularly to the higher officers with all relevant details, previous correspondence, data, facts, Rules etc. so as to enable the officers to take appropriate decision.
To comply and to follow the letters received from the Government, DTE, MSBTE, JT DTE and other offices.
