Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage automotive sales consultants and staff.
- Sales Strategy: Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets and create plans to drive revenue.
- Operations Oversight: Monitor daily sales processes, inventory levels, and CRM tracking.
- Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer issues, negotiate pricing or financing terms, and ensure satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Track competitor behavior, industry trends, and local market opportunities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
