Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development for Peadtrician children hospital
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, schools, and community organizations.
- Generate referral networks and strategic partnerships.
- Explore new markets and expansion opportunities.
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media, website promotions, and online reputation management.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility across all branches.
3. Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase patient volume and service utilization.
- Monitor marketing ROI and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets assigned by management.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, consultants, corporate clients, and referral partners.
- Address business partner concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at networking events and industry meetings.
5. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups
- Identify and secure corporate health check-up contracts and institutional partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with corporate clients.
- Coordinate employee wellness programs and health initiatives.
6. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with branch managers, operations, doctors, and support teams to implement marketing initiatives.
- Guide and support marketing executives and field staff.
- Ensure timely execution of approved campaigns and activities.
7. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development and marketing reports.
- Analyze patient trends, referral sources, and campaign performance.
- Present business growth opportunities and recommendations to management.
