Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for retail roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for store-level positions while actively working in the field to meet hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail roles (Store Executive, Sales Associate, Pharmacist, etc.)
- Conduct field sourcing activities such as walk-ins, job fairs, and campus drives
- Visit store locations to understand manpower requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and local networks
- Perform initial screening and interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews and selection
- Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage offer rollout and onboarding coordination
- Build a pipeline of candidates for future requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR preferred)
- 3 years of experience in recruitment (Retail preferred)
- Must be willing to travel locally
Preferred Experience
- Experience in retail / pharmacy
- Exposure to bulk or volume hiring

- Number of positions closed per month
- Time-to-hire
- Offer to joining ratio
- Attrition within initial months
Working Conditions
- Field-based role with frequent travel across assigned areas
- Flexible working hours based on store and candidate availability
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
