Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly onboarding/orientation calls for newly enrolled students.
- Respond to student queries via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and phone calls.
- Assist students with app login and basic technical issues.
- Share important announcements, class reminders, and updates with students.
- Escalate academic or technical issues to the concerned team member whenever required.
Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
