JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with IndiaMART, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, manage clients, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities through IndiaMART, direct sales, networking, and market research.
- Handle customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups, and convert prospects into successful business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings to generate new leads.
- Conduct client visits for business meetings, relationship management, and market development.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely communication.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- IndiaMART experience is mandatory.
- Postgraduate (PG) degree completed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Email Communication.
- Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Married candidates preferred.
