Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage multiple construction projects
✔ Drive operational excellence and project execution
✔ Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
✔ Manage contracts, vendors, and stakeholder relationships
✔ Lead project teams and foster a strong safety culture
✔ Optimize resource planning and operational workflows
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture
- 10–15 years of construction management experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role handling residential & commercial portfolios
- Strong expertise in budgeting, contract management, forecasting, and operations
Location: Mysuru, Karnataka
