Core Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to cold/warm leads and field incoming calls from customers inquiring about the business.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Pitch company offerings, qualify prospects, and drive conversions to meet daily, weekly, or monthly performance targets.
- Customer Support: Listen to customer pain points, answer product questions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Database Management: Log conversation details, update customer information, and manage records within the company's CRM.
- Follow-ups: Schedule callbacks and send additional information (like emails or brochures) to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Feedback Collection: Share customer feedback and market reactions with the product or management teams.
