Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage banquet and event operations efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and event teams
- Ensure smooth execution of weddings, conferences, and events
- Handle guest requirements and resolve operational issues
- Supervise banquet staff and maintain service standards
- Monitor banquet setup, hygiene, inventory, and event coordination
- Maintain client satisfaction and support business growth

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of banquet and hospitality operations

- Ability to manage multiple events and operations efficiently
