Job Description
We are looking for a smart, analytical, and growth-driven Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in running and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand how to identify winning audiences, test creatives and funnels, optimize campaigns based on data, and scale high-performing campaigns efficiently. This role requires someone who is highly execution-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment driven by growth and results. You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, improving conversion metrics, identifying new scaling opportunities, and driving quality user acquisition across platforms.
Key Responsibilities-
- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Identify and test audience segments, targeting strategies, creatives, and funnels to improve user acquisition and campaign efficiency
- Monitor and optimize campaigns against KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Create and test ad creatives, copy variations, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaign strategies
- Conduct continuous A/B testing and optimization to improve campaign scalability and profitability
- Analyze campaign data, traffic quality, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, bidding strategies, and scaling techniques
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to execute high-converting campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets while maintaining focus on efficiency, scalability, and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, scaling strategies, and conversion-focused advertising
- Experience working with KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns effectively
- Smart, proactive, and highly adaptable with strong ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and execution capabilities
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
