NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) Teacher – Job Profile
We are looking for a warm, creative, and passionate NTT Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude towards children, and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities and lessons.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Use creative teaching methods including storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning.
- Monitor children’s progress and share feedback with parents regularly.
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and discipline.
- Organize celebrations, events, and interactive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff for smooth classroom functioning.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certification in NTT, ECCE, Montessori, or Early Childhood Education.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Prior teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten will be an added advantage.
