- MEP Maintenance: Managing the upkeep of generators, transformers, chillers, water pumps, elevators, and escalators.
- Vendor Management: Supervising technical contractors and executing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for critical equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the mall meets strict fire and occupational safety standards, while maintaining compliance logs and technical records.
- Energy Management: Monitoring utility consumption and implementing energy-saving initiatives across common areas and retail units.
- Tenant Coordination: Troubleshooting technical issues for individual store owners and handling emergency breakdowns quickly.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
