Job SummaryWe are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer to spearhead our student enrollment campaigns. In this role, you will be a one-person creative engine—managing our digital platforms, running targeted ad campaigns, and designing visually stunning marketing materials. Your primary goal will be to create engaging content that builds trust with students and parents in Kerala, ultimately driving high-quality leads for our higher education consulting programs.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Design and execute paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns to capture student inquiries.
- Visual Design: Create premium brochures, university flyers, web banners, and high-converting social media carousels.
- Content & Social Media: Manage our Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn channels, maintaining an active and engaging content calendar.
- Video Editing: Shoot, script, and edit crisp Reels, Shorts, and video testimonials showcasing student success and campus guides.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor weekly campaign metrics, optimize ad spending, and focus on lowering the cost-per-lead (CPL).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience handling both digital marketing and design (experience in higher education, study-abroad agencies, or ed-tech is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or advanced Canva Pro, alongside deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Regional Insight: Strong understanding of the local Kerala student market, regional education trends, and parental decision-making factors.
- Language: Professional fluency in both English and Malayalam (written and spoken) is required to draft compelling ad copy.
