Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior GenAI Developer to design, build, and productionize enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing LLM-powered intelligent agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, and scalable AI applications. You will play a key role in architecting AI systems that are secure, reliable, observable, and optimized for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent single-agent and multi-agent AI architectures.
- Build tool-enabled AI agents with function calling, authorization, retries, and workflow orchestration.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search, memory management, and grounding strategies.
- Develop scalable AI services with APIs, streaming responses, caching, and background processing.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and quality metrics for AI systems.
- Build observability, monitoring, tracing, and AI safety mechanisms including prompt injection protection and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise-ready AI solutions.
- Mentor development teams and contribute to technical architecture and best practices.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade LLM/Generative AI applications.
- Strong programming expertise in Python (mandatory) and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI solutions involving planning, tool calling, routing, and multi-step workflows.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management, grounding techniques, and hallucination mitigation.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, chunking strategies, hybrid search, and re-ranking.
- Experience deploying production services using Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of secure development practices, secrets management, PII handling, and least-privilege access.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and observability platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise AI governance and security practices.
- Strong understanding of scalable cloud-native architectures.
