Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and working capital.
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and audits.
- Handle revenue tracking, invoicing, vendor payments, and lease accounting.
- Develop and implement financial controls and SOPs.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Support business expansion through financial analysis and planning.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Candidate Profile
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in co-working, commercial real estate, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience managing multi-location finance operations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel.
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
