We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing firm in Bhubaneswar as an Audit Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of statutory, internal, and tax audits. You will manage a team of semi-qualified assistants and articles, ensuring high-quality deliverables while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit Planning & Execution: Lead, plan, and execute statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all financial statements and audit processes strictly adhere to Accounting Standards, Ind AS, Standards on Auditing (SAs), GST regulations, and the Companies Act.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate internal control systems, identify financial/operational risks, and provide actionable recommendations to client management.
- Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and review the work of article assistants and audit executives. Foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their queries, discussing audit findings, and delivering final reports.
- Reporting: Finalize financial statements, audit reports, and tax audit forms (Form 3CD, etc.) for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the ICAI.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in core auditing (Statutory and Internal Audits).
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards, Ind AS, Income Tax, and GST.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and advanced MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, project management, and leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for client facing interactions.
- Location: Must be residing in or willing to permanently relocate to Bhubaneswar.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
