Global exposure begins much before a student boards a flight. It begins with the right preparation, mindset, communication, and cultural readiness.
We are looking for an experienced Immersion Faculty – MBA who can prepare management students for international student exchange, global academic exposure, cross-cultural interaction, and professional readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international student exchange and global immersion programmes
- Train students on cross-cultural communication, international business etiquette, professional conduct, presentation skills, and global readiness
- Support student mobility, visa documentation, travel readiness, and pre-departure orientation
- Coordinate with international universities, academic partners, students, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct workshops, orientation sessions, mock interactions, and post-programme reflection sessions
- Maintain programme records, reports, feedback, and student mobility documentation

Preferred Background
- MBA / PGDM / Master’s degree in Management, International Business, Education, Communication, or a related field
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, stakeholder coordination, and student-handling skills
This role is ideal for someone who can help students become globally aware, culturally adaptable, professionally confident, and ready to represent their institution on an international platform.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
