Overall, 8-10 years' experience

Relevant Project management Experience should be around 5-7 years

Candidate should be strong background of software product / Saas based products

Should have worked as a developer prior to being a project manager

3+ years Jira Administration
a. Jira Cloud administration
b. Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, schemes
c. Manage releases, versions, sprint structures
d. Build dashboards and reporting -
Experience with MS - Azure - DevOps is plus

Strong experience with Agile delivery and should have managed multiple Agile teams

Portfolio-level reporting

PMO governance experience

Should be able to provide estimations and solutions to different opportunities with the help of technical experts with quick turnaround.

Knowledge of the logistic / e-commerce domain is good to have, not mandatory

PMP or CSM certification is good to have, not mandatory
