Job Overview
We are looking for a programmer/developer who is comfortable working with AI tools and modern AI-assisted development environments. The role focuses on building automations, workflows, and AI-powered solutions using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, and other AI-assisted programming platforms.
This is not a traditional SEO role. We are looking for someone with strong programming fundamentals who is comfortable using AI tools to build solutions quickly and efficiently. Familiarity with SEO principles and emerging Agentic Search Optimization (AGO) practices is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage AI-assisted development workflows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and n8n.
- Develop automation pipelines and integrations between different tools and platforms.
- Work with AI agents and agentic programming environments to build scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with the US team and leadership on technical implementation.
- Experiment with new AI tools, APIs, and automation frameworks to improve productivity.
- Implement and optimize for Agentic Search Optimization (AGO) — ensuring content and solutions are well-positioned across AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Modify and maintain website HTML, meta tags, structured data/schema markup, and address Google Search Console issues as needed.
- Document processes and workflows clearly.
Required Skills
- Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
- Experience using automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working with international teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.).
- Understanding of agentic workflows / AI agents.
- Experience building automations or integrations between tools.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with Agentic Search Optimization (AGO) — understanding how AI-driven search engines surface and rank content.
- Hands-on experience editing HTML meta tags, schema/structured data markup, and resolving technical SEO issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
