Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Fitter to join our Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance, fitting, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and automation equipment. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in industrial machinery, machine assembly, and site installation activities within the automation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform machine assembly, fitting, and installation activities as per engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Assemble machine structures, conveyors, fixtures, and automation equipment.
- Install and align mechanical components such as motors, bearings, shafts, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems.
- Carry out drilling, cutting, grinding, fabrication, and fitting activities as required.
- Support machine erection, commissioning, and site installation activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and operation.
- Coordinate with Electrical and Automation teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and site regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance, installation, and service activities.
- Travel to customer sites as required for project execution and support.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- 1–5 years of experience in machine assembly or automation industry.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and assembly procedures.
- Experience in machine installation and maintenance activities.

Working Conditions
Work may involve site visits, machine installation work, extended working hours during project execution, and travel as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
