Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, coolers, and specialty drinks.
- Create innovative signature mocktails inspired by South Indian flavors and ingredients.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, filter coffee, and cold brews.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
Menu Innovation
- Develop and suggest new mocktail and coffee recipes based on seasonal ingredients and market trends.
- Work closely with the management team to introduce unique beverage offerings.
- Participate in menu engineering and beverage promotions.
Guest Service
- Interact with guests professionally and recommend beverages based on their preferences.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and special requests effectively.
Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the beverage counter and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of beverage ingredients and report replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients.
- Follow SOPs related to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Assist in inventory management and stock counting.
- Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of ingredients.
- Maintain beverage preparation records as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender, Beverage Specialist, or Barista in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality establishments.
- Strong knowledge of mocktail preparation and specialty coffee beverages.
- Experience in operating coffee machines and beverage equipment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for beverage innovation.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
