About the Role
Karigari by Chef Harpal Singh is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare employee files and maintain HR records.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities.
Employee Engagement
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate birthday celebrations, festivals, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in preparing reports.
- Help create initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance and leave record management.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and trackers as assigned.
Recruitment Support
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in Human Resources.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
