Designation: Tendering ExecutiveLocation: Vile Parle East Experience: 1–5 years Key Responsibilities1. Tender Identification & Analysis
- Monitor online tender portals (GeM, CPPP, State e-procurement, tender portals, Indian Railways, Mahatender) daily to identify relevant opportunities.
- Review Tender Documents, Request for Proposals (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Assess feasibility and evaluate business fit, providing inputs to the management on potential wins.
2. Tender Preparation & Submission
- Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents as per client specifications.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), Bank Guarantees, tender fees, and certificates, JV agreement/MOU’s/ and any other legal document as per tender requirement are included.
- Handle online and offline, technical, and commercial bid submissions, ensuring 100% compliance with tender terms and guidelines.
- Prepare pre-bid queries to clarify tender requirements.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Technical, Sales, Legal, Finance) to gather required technical specifications, pricing, and certifications.
- Liaise with clients/procurement officers regarding clarification on tender documents.
- Regular follow-up with prospective buyers regarding tender status.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain a detailed, organized database/library of all tender submissions, tender status, and related correspondence.
- Ensure timely renewal of company registrations, digital signatures (DSC), and certifications.
- Monitor and update the company’s product catalog on platforms like GeM.
- Maintain database of all EMD/BG issued and follow up for refund of same after finishing of tender formalities.
5. Post-Submission Analysis
- Monitor tender outcomes and perform post-tender analysis (win/loss analysis) to improve future strategies.
- Support in contract negotiation and finalization post-award.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in tender management or bid submission.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Hands-on experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
- Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills for cost comparison and price analysis.
Preferred Attributes
- Knowledge of specific industry regulations (e.g., Construction, ).
- Understanding of Bank Guarantees and Tender Fee procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,900.70 per month
Work Location: In person
