Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, engage with them, and successfully enroll them into our services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels.
- Guide clients through the enrollment and registration process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Address customer questions and provide timely support during onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or client relations is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
