Position: PPC Manager
Location: Ballabgarh, Haryana
Salary: ₹1,00,000 CTC, per month
Experience Required: 8–12Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Automobile / Engineering Industry
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented PPC (Production Planning & Control) Manager to manage production planning, inventory control, material coordination, and dispatch activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of production scheduling, supply chain coordination, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch departments.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
Control production schedules to achieve on-time delivery targets.
Analyze production capacity and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain production reports, MIS, and planning records.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards.
Handle ERP/MRP software for production planning activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control.
Experience in manufacturing or automobile industry.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in ERP/SAP/MS Excel.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Relevant experience in PPC management.
