Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and confident Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant and soft-spoken personality, and the ability to convert leads into potential business opportunities. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling client communication professionally.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Languages Required: English & Hindi Mandatory
- Kannada: Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert incoming leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Conduct professional cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain proper lead records and update client information regularly
- Draft professional emails and maintain effective written communication
- Support LinkedIn marketing and lead generation activities
- Assist in content marketing and promotional communication
- Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, follow-ups, and business requirements
- Ensure timely response and excellent customer interaction
- Manage daily tasks efficiently with proper time management skills
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good typing speed and computer knowledge
