Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Operations Executive to manage client relationships and ensure smooth coordination of operations once families are onboarded. The role involves relationship building, retention, upselling, coordination with internal teams, and administrative support to enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with onboarded parents.
● Manage post-onboarding operations, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
● Schedule and coordinate online and offline consultations with doctors and therapists.
● Support retention and upselling by understanding parent needs, tracking course progress, and
promoting renewals or extended programmes.
● Coordinate with other internal teams (doctors, therapists, and support staff) for efficient workflow.
● Maintain accurate client data and treatment records using Google Sheets / Excel.
● Collect feedback from parents and share insights for process improvement.
● Ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement throughout the treatment journey.
Requirements:
● Graduate or pursuing a degree in Healthcare Management, Psychology, or Business
Administration (preferred).
● Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
● Patient, empathetic, and organised approach while dealing with parents and children.
Languages Known: English, Marathi & Hindi
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
