Job Description – Corporate Trainer
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees across various functions.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions on behavioral, functional, and soft skills.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement improvements where required.
- Collaborate with business leaders and department managers to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Coach and mentor employees to enhance performance, productivity, and professional development.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
