Role: Assistant Manager – Business Development
Role Overview:
Birla Fertility & IVF is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive patient acquisition, build strategic partnerships, increase brand visibility, and support revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and referral partners.
- Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with gynecologists, IVF specialists, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Organize awareness programs, CMEs, camps, and corporate tie-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless partner engagement and patient experience.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of Business Development experience.
- Experience in Healthcare, IVF, Hospitals, Diagnostics, Pharma, Wellness, or Healthcare Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
