Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to manage digital marketing initiatives, website content, email marketing, event promotions, and internal IT support functions. The role requires a dynamic professional capable of driving brand visibility, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and team collaboration while aligning all activities with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the organization’s associated websites and brands.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and other digital channels to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital metrics, and provide detailed performance reports.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
- Allocate budgets and resources effectively to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Align digital initiatives with overall business objectives and growth strategies.
2. Database & Email Marketing Management
- Manage and maintain accurate customer databases to ensure data reliability and integrity.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including regular bi-weekly email communications.
- Develop strategies to engage existing customers and attract potential customers through targeted email marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with overall business goals.
- Prepare monthly reports and updates for management on campaign effectiveness and performance metrics.
3. Website & Content Management
- Lead the creation and management of engaging website, blog, and email content.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
- Review and monitor social media and website content regularly to maintain relevance, quality, and engagement.
- Implement content improvement strategies based on audience insights and performance analytics.
- Oversee the content creation process and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Provide regular reports on content performance, improvements, and achievements.
4. Events & Exhibition Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and audience participation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful promotion and execution of events.
- Manage event-related digital activities, including online promotions, communication campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Optimize resources and support teams to achieve maximum event success and visibility.
- Track and report event marketing performance and recommend enhancements for future campaigns.
5. IT Support & System Management
- Oversee IT support operations for internal teams, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related tools.
- Manage onboarding support, including system setup and access for new employees.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure IT systems and support functions align with business requirements and productivity goals.
- Support team development by encouraging process improvements and efficient work practices.
- Prepare regular reports on IT support performance, system improvements, and future enhancement plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Website Management, and IT Support.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and general IT support functions.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
