Key Responsibilities:
✔ Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
✔ Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates clearly.
✔ Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
✔ Keep customers updated on service progress and vehicle delivery.
✔ Recommend value-added services and maintenance solutions.
✔ Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
✔ Maintain premium dealership service standards and achieve CSI targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle service processes.
- Computer proficiency and dealership management system knowledge preferred.
- Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude.
