The Opportunity
This role focuses on developing physician-facing medical communication content for pharmaceutical companies.
You will work closely with medical, scientific and business teams to develop educational content that is evidence-based, scientifically accurate and aligned with client objectives.
Candidates with experience in developing medical communication content for pharmaceutical companies—including brand-led medical education initiatives, advisory boards, speaker presentations and educational modules—will be strongly preferred.

Support pharmaceutical projects through:
- Development of educational concepts
- Integration of brand and molecule-specific scientific messages
- Scientific interpretation of clinical trial data
- Literature searches and evidence synthesis
- Creation of scientifically balanced educational materials
- Development of proposals and concept notes for new medical education initiatives
- Scientific Review
- Review medical content for scientific accuracy.
- Ensure alignment with current evidence and international guidelines.
- Maintain high editorial and referencing standards.
Ideal Candidate
You enjoy reading clinical literature and converting complex medical evidence into engaging educational content for physicians.
You understand both medical science and medical communication, and can create educational content that is scientifically robust while remaining relevant for practicing clinicians.

Education
One or more of the following:
- MBBS
- BDS
- PharmD
- MPharm
- MSc Life Sciences
Certification in Medical Writing or Scientific Communication will be an advantage.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in medical communications or medical education.
- Experience developing physician-facing educational content.
- Experience creating scientific slide decks and educational presentations.
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical brands through medical communication initiatives.
- Strong literature review and evidence interpretation skills.
- Excellent scientific writing, editing and referencing skills.
